Halin, Hubert (1922-1974)

Belgian founder of the Centre d’Action Interallié de la Résistance (CAIR), later the Union Internationale de la Résistance et de la Déportation  (UIRD), of which he is also general delegate, founder of the Union des Résistants pour une Europe Unie and president of the Comité International d’Experts pour la lutte contre le néo-nazisme.
